Industrial Operators meet the following standard requirements:
- All operators have a proven working knowledge and understanding of The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA), the Human Rights Act 1998, Code of Practice, and Impact Assessment.
- Operators hold relevant Criminal Records Bureau (C.R.B) checks and are registered with Data Protection.
- All operators are medical trained to a basic standard and all Close Protection Officers hold valid current medical certifications including Remote Medic.
- All operators hold the relevant SIA license required in their field of work.
- Written references can be provided.
- The Association of British Investigators.
Managing Director, Anthony Slater MCMI is a member of The Association of British Investigators and is therefore required to ensure compliance with the code of ethics laid down by The Association.
